As a Tulsa native I always loved Oklahoma. I am married to Retired Lt. Colonel Michael Jansen, a previous B-2 Stealth Bomber pilot, also from Tulsa. We moved 7 times in 20 years while serving in the United States Air Force so I know what stresses come with home transitions.
We have 3 children, Beau, Jack and Julie who all attended Jenks Schools and the University of Arkansas. I am a third generation University of Oklahoma business school graduate who loves sales and working with people. My network in Tulsa combined with knowledge of the industry will benefit those looking to buy or sell a home. In 2020, I sold over $8 million in real estate and was named “Rookie of the Year” for CB Select. In 2021, I sold $11.2M averaging 3 closings a month. I have been on Tulsa’s top 500 realtors lists for the past 2 years.
I have been very active in Jenks Public Schools through basketball, track, volleyball booster clubs and the Jenks Foundation. Community Bible Study, Kirk of the Hills Church and Tulsa Boys Home are all areas I love to volunteer my time. If I’m not selling houses or volunteering you can find me playing bridge, riding my bike or enjoying time at the Illinois River.

We interviewed realtors from four different firms. Michelle had done her homework prior to coming to our home. She was organized, had anticipated many of our questions, and gave us the impression we were her priority while with us. She encouraged us to consider a price at a level we thought was fair and appropriate. Turned out, she was right on the money. She encouraged us to consider an open house. Although reluctant to do so, we held two open houses and our buyer came to us through the second one. She worked hard during the process from offer to closing (hail storm that ruined the roof the day before scheduled closing caused no little concern) and we closed one day later than originally scheduled as she pulled everything together to help make it happen. Absolutely recommend Michelle!

She even used some of her own items to stage it. She was very helpful in analyzing the 21 offers we received on the house. And when the initial sale fell through (no fault of ours or Michelle's), she hustled to get one of the other offers re-engaged and negotiated a $5,000 increase in their offer. If you have not met Michelle, you are in for a treat! Jane met her a few months ago through a Kirk of the Hills connection. We found her to be high energy as well as having a good social network! I must say, when we sat down and discussed her qualifications, she even educated us on the advances in technology that Coldwell Banker Tulsa had done in recent years! So, Jane and I made the decision to move forward, seeing that social media was a big deal in this Covid 19 atmosphere of not too many home showing being done! In no time, she set up a Coming Soon" plan, a staging expert, and home photographer. He did 50 photographs that were amazing! Now, get this - she even coaxed her son into flying his drone over our house for some awesome aerial videography! Michelle's phone starting ringing and a week later...the day we updated the sign to "For Sale", she had 7 showings already scheduled for that day! Before the day was out, she had 14 showings and multiple contracts (THAT Evening) for more than the asking price... Do We Recommend Michelle? Let's put it this way...I am not saying that every house will sell that quick...but she should be the first person that YOU call IF you are considering the sale of your beautiful home!
